# CWB Edmonton Chapter Technical Presentation at TECHEAT

**TECHEAT** is proud to host a technical education event in partnership with the **CWB Association Edmonton Chapter**, focused on **field heat treatment methods**.

This in-person event will bring together industry professionals for an evening of technical learning, networking, and discussion at TECHEAT’s Edmonton branch

## **Technical Presentation: Field Heat Treatment Methods Explained**

The presentation, **“Understanding the Three Primary Heating Methods in Field Heat Treatment,”** will be delivered by **Bruce Stewart, Competency Manager at TECHEAT**.

Attendees will gain a practical understanding of the **three primary heating methods used in field heat treatment**, including:

The session will explore how each method is applied in real-world field conditions, key considerations when selecting a heating method, and how proper heat treatment contributes to weld integrity, compliance, and long-term asset performance.
